1. Agreement
By accessing senangboss.com or the SenangBoss application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. The service
SenangBoss provides a software platform for business incorporation, compliance, documents, accounting, audit, finance, legal, HR and related services. Some services are self-serve; others are delivered by SenangBoss or partner firms. Features vary by plan and market (Malaysia first; other markets as launched).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Role-based access (Role × Scope) applies within tenant accounts.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans and one-off services are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown in MYR for Malaysia unless otherwise stated. SST/GST applies where required. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled per our billing policy and applicable consumer law.
5. Professional services disclaimer
SenangBoss is a technology platform. Statutory filings, audit opinions, legal advice and tax positions may require qualified professionals. You remain responsible for decisions made on behalf of your entity. AI-assisted features are assistive — humans approve regulated actions (maker-checker).
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or use the service to violate SSM, ACRA or other regulatory requirements. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
We own the SenangBoss platform, branding and software. You retain ownership of your company data and documents. You grant us a licence to host and process your data to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenangBoss is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
For users in Malaysia, these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Singapore and other market terms may be updated as we expand.
