We process personal data to provide the platform, fulfil service requests, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, improve the product, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data.

We share data with subprocessors that help us operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting, payments, identity verification, email) under contractual safeguards. Partner firms delivering services to you may access data scoped to their engagement. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. Retention & security

We retain data while your account is active and as required for legal, tax and audit purposes. We use encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging and tenant isolation (RLS) on platform data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact [email protected].

8. International transfers

Data may be processed on Cloudflare edge infrastructure and other providers. We apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers as we expand beyond Malaysia.
