Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan gives you a dashboard, one company entity, the compliance calendar and document vault at no cost — pay only for specific services you request. Upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready.
Which countries do you support?
SenangBoss launches in Malaysia first — SSM compliance, SST and local workflows are live today. Singapore (ACRA & GST) is next on the rollout. New Zealand, Australia and other markets follow on the roadmap.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions, one-off service fees and usage are billed securely through Stripe. Malaysian customers get tax invoices with SST where applicable, can pay by card or FPX, and manage everything from a self-serve billing portal. Singapore billing (GST) rolls out with the SG launch.
Can my existing accountant or firm work in it?
Absolutely. Invite your own advisors, or have services delivered by a vetted SenangBoss partner firm through the Operator Console — with full visibility either way.
